To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.


Note: Some reasons do not receive the email, enter the order ID that is not displayed and the item has not been received for 5-10 days. Please see below
(1) The wrong email leads to the system not responding to the email. ==> within 1 hour if no confirmation email is received, contact [email protected] immediately for processing
(2) False Address Information leads to an inoperative order. (track your order, check the address carefully, contact immediately [email protected] for updates)
(3) Orders are delayed 5-10 days (preferably after 3 days you should start monitoring your order status, contact [email protected] immediately for processing )
(4) The goods have been delivered to the correct address but have no recipients or the wrong address -> returned goods. In this case we are not responsible.
